ST996 is more than just another slots site. We are a Malaysian player community built on a foundation of trust, security and high-quality entertainment. Find out who we are, what we stand for, and why over 500,000 Malaysian players call ST996 their online gaming home.
St996 is an online entertainment platform built specifically to meet the needs and tastes of Malaysian players. Since launching in 2018, we have grown from a small platform with just a handful of games into a fully-fledged digital entertainment ecosystem featuring over 300 games from world-leading providers – including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Blueprint Gaming, Microgaming and many more.
The name ST996 is more than just a brand name. To us, it represents Selcome, Transparent, and the figures 996 which in Malaysian gambling culture is associated with good fortune and enduring success. Every decision we make – from game selection and RTP rates to interface design and how we handle withdrawals – is rooted in these three core values.
Platform ST996 was created to fill a gap that many Malaysian players had long felt: a platform that truly understands local needs. From Bahasa Melayu customer support to deposit methods that reflect everyday Malaysian habits, such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and GrabPay, right down to a game selection proven to resonate with local players — ST996 is built from the ground up with Malaysian players as the absolute priority.
Two core pillars that guide every decision we make in building ST996.
ST996's mission is to provide the safest, fairest and most enjoyable online entertainment experience for every Malaysian player — regardless of background, location or level of experience. We believe every player deserves a transparent platform that pays out winnings honestly and respects each individual's right to play responsibly. From Perlis to Tawau, from university students trying their first slot to seasoned players who have been with us for years — our mission is to ensure everyone feels valued and well looked after at ST996.
ST996's vision is to become Malaysia's most trusted number-one online entertainment platform by 2030 – not just in terms of membership numbers or transaction value, but more importantly, in terms of player trust and loyalty. We want ST996 to be the first name that comes to mind for every Malaysian when they want to play slots, live casino, or bet on their favourite e-sports titles in a safe and fair environment. We continue to invest in technology, security and customer service to make this vision a reality, every single day.
Six key reasons why ST996 remains the platform of choice among Malaysian online slots and casino players.
ST996 operates under a valid licence and all games have been independently audited by an accredited body to ensure the RNG (Random Number Generator) functions fairly. 256-bit SSL encryption fully protects every transaction and your personal data. Trust isn't just a promise – it's the foundation of ST996, proven over more than seven years of operation.
St996 accepts all major Malaysian payment methods – Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX online banking via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no hidden fees or complicated currency conversions. Minimum deposit starts from as low as RM 10, and withdrawals are processed within just 3 to 10 minutes.
From classic fruit-themed slots to modern video slots with world-class graphics, from live casino with real dealers to e-sports betting – ST996 offers more than 300 games from the world's leading providers. Popular titles such as Buffalo Blitz, Sugar Rush, Money Train 2, Fishin Bonanza and many more are always fresh and updated on a regular basis.
The st996 support team consists of Malaysian staff who are fluent in Bahasa Melayu and available at all times via Live Chat and WhatsApp. No language barriers, no frustrating robotic scripts – just genuine, friendly, knowledgeable service covering every aspect of the st996 platform, from technical and financial matters to gameplay.
ST996 is built from the ground up for mobile use. All games – including slots with complex animations, live casino with live video streaming and interactive table games – run seamlessly on Android and iOS with no drop in quality. Play from anywhere in Malaysia with an experience on par with desktop.
ST996 consistently offers meaningful promotions to both new and existing players. Welcome bonuses, reload offers, weekly cashback, free game bonuses and a VIP loyalty programme — all designed to deliver genuine added value to your ST996 experience, not just eye-catching figures in an advertisement.

Ask any ST996 member who has been playing with us for years, and most will tell you the same thing: ST996 feels different. Different in a way that's hard to fully put into words on a webpage, but unmistakable the moment you start playing and dealing with us. That difference doesn't come from flashier graphics or bigger promotions alone — it comes from the values we've held since the very first day we opened our doors.
Founder ST996 are players themselves. They know what it feels like to land a big win during a late-night fishing game session, get excited to withdraw, and then wait hours or even days for the money to reach your account. They know the frustration of customer support that doesn't speak your language or can't resolve your issue. They know the unease of entering your financial details on a platform where it's unclear who's running it. All these negative experiences from other platforms became the driving force behind building st996 into something genuinely different from the ground up.
That's why one of our core values ST996 is withdrawal speed. We know your winnings belong entirely to you, and we have no reason to hold back or delay that process. With DuitNow integrated directly into Malaysia's banking network – Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong and many more – your winnings can reach your account in under 10 minutes in most cases. For us, this isn't a luxury – it's the minimum standard every Malaysian player deserves.
On the gaming side, the approach of ST996 is very much about quality over quantity. We don't add 500 games where half of them are outdated and irrelevant just to make our catalogue look impressive. Instead, every game is hand-picked – we only offer titles with fair RTP, engaging mechanics and a transparent track record. Buffalo Blitz with its staggering 4,096 ways to win, Sugar Rush with its addictive Tumble Feature, Fishin Bonanza with the most thrilling interactive Bonus Round, Money Train 2 with win multiplier potential that keeps players on the edge of their seats – every game in the ST996 is there because it's the best in its class.
One of the aspects most frequently praised by players ST996 is a payment method selection that truly reflects how Malaysians live today. In this day and age, nearly every Malaysian uses Touch 'n Go eWallet to pay tolls, settle meals, and buy groceries. Many also use GrabPay every day to pay for GrabCar rides or order food online. By accepting all these payment methods directly — with no conversion process or middleman involved — ST996 makes depositing as simple as any other everyday payment.
Player community ST996 is one of the things we're most proud of. From Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor Bahru, Penang, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching to smaller towns across every corner of Malaysia – st996 players are a true reflection of the country's diversity. Some play after work while catching the EPL or Liga Super Malaysia. Others play on weekends while waiting for their favourite badminton match results. And some are more serious players who approach things strategically, studying RTP and volatility for each game before deciding how to spend their credits.
St996 respects every type of player. We don't judge whether you play purely for fun or take a more strategic approach. What matters most to us is that you play safely, within your means, and with access to all the information you need to make informed decisions. This is also why we invest wholeheartedly in our Responsible Gaming programme – because players who enjoy a healthy, fun experience are the ones who will stay with st996 for the long haul.
Looking ahead, ST996 will continue to grow and innovate. We are developing a native mobile app that will deliver an even smoother gaming experience than our already solid web version. We are also constantly adding new games from leading global providers, while ensuring every addition passes our rigorous evaluation process first. Most importantly, we will keep listening to Malaysian players and making sure every piece of feedback you share is taken seriously and reflected in ongoing platform improvements.
